When you contact us

When you press Send on the contact form, your name, email address, optional company name, area of interest and message are sent to alan@archmant.com through our hosting provider’s email service. We use your email address so Alan can reply. You can also email Alan directly through your own email service.

Archmant uses this information to respond and discuss a potential engagement. The website does not add your inquiry to the private Console or a marketing list. Messages are held in our email systems; our hosting and email providers also process the information needed to deliver messages and operate the service. Please keep initial inquiries to information you are comfortable sharing by email.

Browsing the website

The website is delivered through hosting infrastructure that may process routine connection and request information needed to provide, secure and operate the service. This release adds no advertising pixels or marketing tracking cookies.

Private Console access

The Console uses authentication and active membership to control access. Signing in stores session information in your browser. Visiting the public website or sending an inquiry does not create a Console membership.

Questions and requests

For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion of information you have sent to Archmant, email alan@archmant.com. Information needed for an active engagement or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained.
